Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so that we may be able to serve you better. Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct time needed for your services. Late arrivals will not receive extensions for scheduled appointments. A 24 hour cancellation notice required. Allusions reserves the right to charge full price for missed or late appointments. We recommend you leave all jewelry and other valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen property. We love children however, we are unable to accommodate them during your spa visit. Please turn off cell phones and pagers while visitng the spa area. Allusions staff completely understands when you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by another staff member or if you would like a fresh point of view.
